How to make the Classic Margarita

Number one Rule, Stay away from anything Pre-mixed!!

· Rub the Rim with lime and dip it in coarse salt.

· Fill three-quarters of the way with ice

· Combine 1 cup of tequila

· 2/3 cup of FRESH lime Juice

· 1/3 cup of orange flavored liqueur

· 2 teaspoons superfine sugar

· All of this is put in a cocktail shaker- Shake well!

· Garnish with a lime
